Free delivery on all orders.

Orders placed before 12:00 delivered within 48 hours.

Orders are sent Royal Mail tracked and go through your letterbox which means no missed delivery cards. Neat.

If you would like your delivery left in a different place, please leave a comment at checkout. And if we can’t deliver it safely in any way, we will leave you a note and attempt to redeliver the next day. 

No orders are processed, dispatched, or delivered on Bank Holidays or weekends.

Unfortunately Fib. can only deliver to mainland UK (at the moment).  We are also unable to deliver to the republic of Ireland and sadly, we cannot deliver to PO Box or BFPO addresses.

Returns

Whist we think you’d have to be crazy to want to return our sachets of goodness, we understand that sometimes things change. Please drop us an email at sorrynotsorry@fibsupplements.com where we can arrange for our delivery partner to collect the goods from you.

Question. Does anyone ever use post boxes anymore?

When doing so, you will need to make sure that:

  1. You include your proof of purchase (i.e. online order confirmation, dispatch e-mail or dispatch note)
  2. The item is in the original packaging and/or with the original tags attached
  3. Is in good condition.

Once received, we will inspect the items within 72 hours and apply refunds when we have cleared the items (this is typically within 14 days).

Unfortunately in the interest of hygiene we do not accept exchanges or refunds unless the products are defective or faulty. Sorry.

Lastly, please note that we will be unable to refund your postage fees if you choose to return your items to us without using our returns paid process.

T&Cs (the boring bits done slightly less boring)

If for some unknown reason the supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. We will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, however if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received. Fair.

When delivering, if, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to deliver, to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection (chances are slim but it happens) we may end the contract and refund any money you have paid in advance.

Any dates or times quoted for delivery are approximate only and you acknowledge that no delivery date can be guaranteed as it may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

And just for clarity, you own a product once we have received payment in full.

And a product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave us.
